The GT3 Cardiosport heart rate monitor is designed for athletes training for competitive sports, coaches and sports science researchers. It has many useful features for providing specialized training and achieving maximum benefit. The GT3 is a standard wireless heart rate monitor that utilizes a digital and coded wireless transmission system for an improved signal with no interference from other monitors in close proximity. The GT3 heart rate monitor features including 12/24 hour time and calendar functions, training zone indicators and alarms, a color graphical display to visually compare exercise intensity to the active heart zone, heart rate with percent maximum displayed during your exercise session, time in zone during exercise as well as a memory recall for time in, above and below to help adjust your workout sessions for maximum benefit. Other features include two manually set heart zones plus Cardiozone that automatically sets a heart zone during exercise, a 100 hour chronograph with 99 lap memory for average heart rate per lap,a countdown timer, automatic heart rate recovery using time or heart rate values, and a hands-free auto-scroll scan function showing kcal burned and maximum and average heart rate per exercise session. The large easy to read display can be read from any angle and an electroluminescent screen light aids in low light conditions. The CardioSport GT3 heart rate monitor comes with an ultra-lightweight chest strap that contours to your body and features a changeable battery transmitter system. The low battery indicator prevents loss of power during exercise. The GT3 heart rate monitor measures heart rate with ECG accuracy.
